The departmental grievance committee looks into the grievances of students of the
department and of research scholars associated with the department of Mathematics. The students/scholars may send
an
email to the chairperson of the committee or fill a form created for the same with their grievance. The cell has
an
official mail address, namely: dgrc_ma@iitpkd.ac.in. The grievance must be mailed to the above given mail address
or better,
the Google form below filled up. And, just to ensure that the grievance is noticed without any delay i.e., for
speedy redressal,
it is requested to put a cc of the grievance mail, to the email address of the current Chairperson as well.
Students with
grievances will then be contacted by the chair as soon as possible.
In case the grievance is on one of the members of this Grievance Committee, the student may approach either the
Head of
the Department, Mathematics or directly, the institute grievance cell.
